Requirements for Volunteer Application:

• At least 16 years old and have a parent’s/guardian’s consent
• Willing to spend at least 5 hours per week volunteering (hours can be flexible and minimum time can be changed depending on schedule)
• Able to sign our DeepHelp volunteer form
• Mentally mature and able to manage one’s emotions well (Support Only)
• Genuine willing to learn and help others

Positions:

Support Members represent a majority of our volunteers and are our most important ones. These members take support tickets and spent time chatting and talking with users who use our peer-to-peer chat – in other words, you are that other peer. All these members get thorough training and resources to be ready for anything they may not be sure how to respond to. If this sounds like you, fill out the support application.

Staff Members are our volunteers who make DeepHelp work behind the scenes. From everything to graphical design to advertising, these amazing teenagers help with making DeepHelp continue to work and provide support. We are always looking for new members to join, so if you are interested in any of these staff positions, fill out the staff application.
